  Purchased a bike through C2W, process was painless and bike delivered quickly. Had some issues with the brakes on delivery which Michael very quickly helped with. Very happy customer!

  Excellent service, friendly and helpful, answered all questions and took time to talk through different models, fitting and components, with no pressure to make a purchase whatseover. Spent plenty of time once setting up my new bike to explain features, how to look after it as a relative newbie to cycling. Unclear why this place has a low rating from my personal experience and would thoroughly recommend!

  I rang this shop some time ago asking it they had five ten Impact shoes the man on the lines reply was "Never heard of em !" I said theyre probably the most popular Flat pedal shoe there is again he said " Never heard of em ! " I went in later looking for a part for my mtb the guy behind the counter just looked at me then carried on talking to someone about some hill climb he had done? I just shoo my head and walked out ! This used to be a great shop but lately it has really gone downhill especially the customer service

  Terrible service. I took my old inner tube into to shop on Saturday early afternoon. However they sold me the incorrect size even though we had the old one. I went back less than an hour later and it was closed at 3.30 even though it should be open till 6pm as advertised. I went to Halfords and got the correct inner tube without even the old tube. Halfords is much better. Also it was cheaper.
