    I should give review in -5 star terrible service, fake promises of 99% coverage not even 20% coverage all over the uk always on 4G, no service area terrible team hell of customer services.

    I’m an American living in the UK for a couple years for work and I just moved into a house in Leicester. I had troubles with all of the major broadband providers and their services would have taken too long to get set up. I’m SO GLAD they didn’t work out! I went into this store on a Saturday (be sure to bring your passport if you’re international) and they set me up faster and way cheaper than anywhere else. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the people were very helpful and friendly. 10/10 experience which is so comforting when trying to navigate moving to another country :)

    We want to share our terrible experience with Three broadband to warn other customers. We had a very bad experience with Three broadband. For nearly 5 months, £4.50 per weeks was charged to our three broadband bill by third-party services (Weezchat) without our knowledge or consent. These payments were processed directly through our Three billing account. We have NEVER used these services (Weezchat) and never subscribed to anything. We did not receive any verification code, confirmation message, or approval request. The money was simply added to our Three bill. When we contacted Three customer support, they told us someone may have used Three Wi-Fi and subscribed means three Wi-Fi is not secure nor safe. But how can third-party payments be added to our three account without our authorization? we must contact the third party ourselves for a refund. They refused to refund the money directly. Whenever we buy something online, we must enter a verification code. But these charges were added without any security check and without our permission. This raises serious concerns about billing security and customer protection. We believe this raises serious concerns about: • Billing security • Consumer protection • Authorization procedures • Safeguards against unauthorized third-party access Customers should not have third-party charges added to their accounts without clear and verified consent. We believe this response is unacceptable. Customers should not be held responsible for unauthorized third-party billing processed through their mobile or broadband provider. This situation raises serious concerns regarding: • Billing security • Customer consent procedures • Consumer protection compliance • Safeguards against fraudulent third-party subscriptions We encourage all customers to: ✔ Carefully check every Three bill ✔ Immediately block third-party charges ✔ Report unauthorized payments without delay Consumers deserve transparency, proper authorization controls, and accountability from their service providers. By attachment our Three broadband Bill as well as you can see our Three bill inside added third party payment without our permission. As well as you can see Three website in google - Three running scam with Fuzeforge and Weezchat. This experience has been extremely terrible distressing and disappointing.

    I visited the Three store in Leicester Highcross on Tuesday 22 November 2022 and I was served by Karin. I had to wait a few minutes to be served however this is because the store was full of customers and busy advisors - which is obviously a good thing. Karin apologised for the delay and then got down to asking me what I needed and then tailored the search to provide solutions suited for me. Karin took the time to know more about me and my requirements and then went through the features and benefits and prices of each. I had already agreed a contract with 02 and I had no way of getting out (at the time) which I explained to Karin however this didn’t change her approach - she was still as helpful as ever. I did manage to get out of the O2 contract after calling them when I left the store in the end and thanks to Karin’s help and advice, I will be moving to Three imminently. I would like to commend Karin on her professionalism, excellent customer service skills, friendliness, process kali and human touch - she is a credit to your company. Please pass on my kind regards. I am hoping my coming experiences with Three are just as pleasant.
