My phone was playing up last week. I went into Samsung, and they told me I needed a new screen and my phone would have to be sent off for a few days. They wasn't polite and looked at me like I shouldn't have been there! I decided to go into Three (my provider). Where a nice young man and lady helped me with no problem and got my phone working in a few minutes. I just wanted to thank them. But unfortunately I didn't get there names. But I was so happy they helped me. Thank you.

I went in last night to sort my upgrade out on my phone and I was seen to by a Fantastic member of staff call TEMI. She was lovely to speak to, she broke down each and every step for me. I was expecting for process to be as laborious as it was when I first bought the phone, however I wasn't in the office any longer than 20 minutes. Definitely advise anyone to go see TEMI.

Terrible customer service. The staff were unhelpful and simply kept telling me to call the customer service helpline. On top of that, I recently discovered that my account has been charging me for a Paramount+ Direct Debit that I never approved or agreed to, I was never informed about this
