I needed to fully renovate and refurbish a property by a local, professional and experienced building contractor. Midlands Property Solutions carried out the whole contract including external cladding, insulation, re-plastering, electrical re-wiring and heating with a brand new boiler. A brand new kitchen and bathroom was the icing on the cake. I found the staff to be very friendly and always happy to make changes as and when required.
