  AMAZING! I highly recommend this garage. MOT done with them the last 3 years and today they went above and beyond. Car won't start. Rang a lovely bubbly receptionist. She sent a FEMALE mechanic. Arrived in 10 mins (I am local). Diagnosed, started and took car in. New battery ordered and fitted within the hour. I am so impressed. Very friendly staff and decent proces too! Well done KATOS- I will be spreading the word! Thank you so much- a very happy customer 😃

  Can’t fault Kato’s at all. The customer service, support and knowledge is outstanding. From resolving historical issues that even the manufacturer could resolve to just being honest decent people. Couldn’t recommend Kato’s enough!!!

  I have nothing but praise for Kato Cars they always collect and drop my car back when servicing and are competitively priced. Today they were just brilliant I went out to the car and it didn’t start needed a new battery. I rang and spoke to Lee at 1.15 the car was collected sorted and returned by 3.30 That’s what I call service. Thank you so much Happy Birthday Lee
