  I have nothing but praise for Kato Cars they always collect and drop my car back when servicing and are competitively priced. Today they were just brilliant I went out to the car and it didn’t start needed a new battery. I rang and spoke to Lee at 1.15 the car was collected sorted and returned by 3.30 That’s what I call service. Thank you so much Happy Birthday Lee

  I was there yesterday, I have never encountered such incompetent treatment. I had a problem with the A/C, it was not working, they immediately said that it needed to be filled with gas. Okay, but the problem was not solved, it worked, then stopped. I went back to the service center, the guy looked at it, said it was from the compressor!!!!! Okay, couldn't he first do a diagnosis, check the compressor, the pressure sensor, the connections, and immediately fill it with gas????? £50 for nothing. INCOMPETENT!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND, RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

  Kato’s Auto Centre is definitely the place to go for any car repairs or MOTs. This was my first time using them and I was really impressed. I received a lovely warm welcome, which is quite rare for a garage these days! A special thanks to Jena, who carried out my MOT — very professional and friendly throughout.
