With our recent summer of record heatwave's, and having tried mobile units that gave some cooling effect but with limited convenience, I came across Energy Efficiency Experts Ltd. Having, before retirement, worked as an Electrical and Mechanical operations manger for a large communications company, I was impressed with the standard of on-site workmanship displayed by Dave. He was installing air conditioning units at my son's house and was more than happy for me to quiz him to ascertain his level of knowledge and experience. Dave was partway through the project, but showed me what he had already installed, and I had no hesitation in asking him to visit my house and give me a quote. He inspected my electrical supply, the room I wanted the indoor air conditioning unit installed in, and the outside options for the outdoor unit. Dave's recommendations for dealing with a upgrade to my RCB's to meet current regulations and the sizing of the AC unit exactly matched my own expectation. Baly quickly processed my order, had the units delivered to my garage, and we agreed on an installation date. Dave arrived promptly at 8am, confirmed the agreed work and commenced work. He laid dust covers, installed the indoor unit including drilling a hole for the outside connections, and immediately cleaned up before going outside. Once he had installed the outside unit and the associated pipework he again cleaned up the area. He finally ran a new power cable between my consumer unit through the loft to an outside junction box. He fitted a new breaker, upgraded the RCB's and tested the safety features of his new electrical installation. Dave then finally demonstrated the operating features of the system. Thank you Baly and Dave for a job professionally carried out.

We contacted lots of companies about having AC fitted at home during this years heatwaves. Many were cheaper, many could do the work quicker, but we went with Baly and Dave's team for several reasons. Firstly, Baly wanted to know all about our home, our work space, our decor, what would be best for US. She then came out to see our home, talked through all options, took note of everything we said, took photos and videos. Then we had a few weeks to wait purely due to the suppliers of the units (there was a heatwave!) but Baly arranged for everything to be delivered to our home with no issues. We had (probably daft) questions in between, and Baly responded very quickly, thoroughly and in detail each time. On the date of the planned installation, Dave arrived on time (!!!) at 8am, and basically worked his socks off until 8pm! The next day he came with another member of his team and again worked a very long day. He finished on the third day. 4 units installed, working perfectly, and looking superb. As you would expect for a well regarded firm. But, the key thing with these guys, is the level of detail, knowledge, expertise, precision, the cleaning and vacuuming, the time taken to check with us about everything he was considering, and the respect he showed to us and our home. Even the dogs loved him! My father in law has now booked an installation, and we will recommend to all of our friends. We can't wait to use the units and could not be more grateful for the superb service, skill and attention provided. Fantastic!

I can’t recommend Energy Efficiency Experts Ltd highly enough. They recently installed air conditioning in two rooms of my home, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dave’s workmanship is outstanding. The installation is incredibly neat and tidy, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, took away all the rubbish, and left everything spotless. As I work from home, I was expecting some disruption, but there wasn’t any. Dave simply got on with the job professionally and quietly without needing any supervision. I was able to carry on working as normal, which I really appreciated. Baly and David run a fantastic family business. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise. If you’re thinking about having air conditioning installed, don’t hesitate to use Energy Efficiency Experts Ltd. The service, workmanship, and professionalism were first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
