  Great shop and service BUT I would strongly suggest check the iphone mobile battery strength before considering to purchase. Even if you go for A or B grade. It should be over 85% battery ideally 90/ 91%. The ones I checked were 79%. Make sure you see it yourself on the phone. Don't just go for the name and image of it, as they are not cheap. Value your money.

  wow..... craziest experients ever! ok, lemme get this strate. i came into the cex shop and i purchased ummmm umm i think i umm bought um company of heroes 3 and um idk i didnt play it lol my xbox was too old... but um it looked cool and it was a steel cover loll.. tysm CeXy people <3. limited edtition btw... lots of period products available too, very lovely. AND i umm i think i bought like... AC unity.. IDK, was probably the biggest CeX shop i have ever been to! there was such a big collection of items and games and collecting items and omg... i loved it, tysm my cex peeps. nya! please bring your family, xoxo

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. Customers are not allowed to properly inspect products before purchase, and when a product is handed over, staff often stand around watching in a way that makes customers feel treated as potential thieves rather than valued customers. I was also frustrated by the inconsistency in the trade-in process. I brought in a product in excellent condition and received an online valuation of £52. After inspection, the store reduced the offer to £35 because of a tiny scratch on the case. What makes this difficult to understand is that the same product had been sold by a CeX store for £85 only a month earlier, already showing damage to the case. I understand that condition affects pricing, but the difference between the online quote and the in-store offer seemed excessive and inconsistent. The overall experience felt unfair and left me questioning the reliability of the company’s valuation process. CeX should review both its customer service standards and the consistency of its trade-in assessments.

  Experienced the rudest staff member I’ve ever come across in my life, the item I bought was faulty and via email CEX said I could take it into the store to either be fixed or refunded. So I went into the store and Immediately was made to feel like an inconvenience I’ve never known anything like it. Originally wasn’t willing to help because of some ‘3 day period’ despite being told via email I could. They then took it in and made me wait 2 hours only for me to go in and they say ‘nothing needed to be fixed’, I felt like he made me wait out of spite Took it back and guess what, doesn’t work
