  In my opinion, the worst CeX in Leicester and surrounding areas. Staff are motionless and unknowledgeable of the items they have for sale. Stock, specifically rarer/collectible/sort after games/media, cannot be located or are in extremely poor condition. I appreciate these are used products but there should be some degree of quality control in place. This is not a one off occurrence. Very unlikely to be using this outlet again due to persistent issues.

  Sold some blu rays 1 of my blu ray which was £5 in cash they sold it for £1.20 which was the standard blu ray mine was limited edition anime limited they cheated me the or they got it wrong either way i got less for what its worth. I found out recently by checking the ticket they issued. anthems of the heart was the blu ray anime

  0 Stars and i am been nice. 1st - they have no phone number to call the stores 2nd - they cannot ship an item to a local store 3rd - they expect you to buy something without even been able to see it (we talking about big money not same 5 pounds purchase). 4th - their contact options are very slow. messenger (you never get an answer) someone eventually will contact you on email but again the process is slow. for a collector looking for items worth hundreds of pounds, you have to buy them and then return them if they are not fit. I bypassed all that and bought an item, paid it, they said it was dispatched, then they send me an email saying they are refunding me, coz the item developed a fault? its a game lol, someone checked the price after i bought it and saw it was cheap, so I'm expecting them to put it back on sale again. VERY DISSAPOINTING, they apparently check everything before they buy it. Now have to also wait for my refund. ive been on them for days about this item. Every retailer like them has closed down, if they continue like this they will also close down. Spend days on this, 0 COMP given or gesture of good will.

  Super helpful staff that went above and beyond to help sort out a return after my younger brother sold some games he wasn't supposed to. Really appreciate it !!
