Went on Saturday at 5:30 PM and the shop was closed, even though it was meant to be open until 7:00 PM. We asked at the service desk, and they said the person was on their break but was headed back to help us. We waited until after 6:00, and no one ever showed up. Disappointing.

I would just say a huge thank you to both Ruth and Samuel for all their help.
I bought an iphone 7 and we thought that we would be able to set the phone up at home as my daughter is quite familiar with apple products unfortunately this was not the case. I took the phone back to Newtownbreda this morning and Ruth worked really hard for quite a long time and eventually with her expertise and patience got my new phone up and running.
I would just like management to know what great staff they have working in the phone department. I am a bit of a techno dinosaur and at no time was I made to feel inadequate but felt completely comfortable.
I also observed the staff working with other members of the public and I don’t want to offend anyone but these people were of the older generation and both Ruth and Samuel also made these people feel at ease and gave them 100% of their attention.
