I was completely ignored at the counter and, when eventually acknowledged, the member of staff was unhelpful. What I found particularly disappointing was that they laughed when I was told my £600 phone was not covered under warranty due to a crack on the back. I understand that physical damage can affect warranty coverage, however the way this was communicated was unprofessional and dismissive. As a customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I would appreciate this being looked into, and some feedback on how this will be addressed to prevent other customers having a similar experience. Kind regards, Carl
