  I needed some urgent help on my aging dumb waiter lift that plays an essential part in the operation of my busy restaurant. After consulting the big player company's in the lift industry I was told that the only option was to replace the whole lift at crippling prices and this would also cause widespread disruption to my business as it would mean I would have had to close down for a possible three week period. Thankfully I came across Ian at DLRS and after a site visit he advised that the way forward for me would be extensive refurbishment which would give me the same outcome as a new lift but at zero disruption to my business and at a fraction of the cost ! I can't thank and recommend Ian and his company enough as he really did do the most professional job and his honesty and pride in his work was outstanding! Superb top job! Thank you

  We have known Direct Lift Services for 12 months as they were recommended for servicing and maintenance. Ian and his team have today comissioned our new service lift into our kitchen and we are highly delighted. We have been correctly advised as to the right lift for our use and from consulation to installation they where informative, competent and extremely professional throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anybody contempleting a new service provider or indeed wanting a new installation of a service lift.
