  Abysmal knowledge; the most confidently incorrect staff I've ever come across. Attempted to sell a couple of things after upgrading my phone and Air Pods this week - told me my legitimate Air Pods Pro 2 were fake; based on, well, I wish I knew - wasn't offered an explanation as to what the issue was other than "it's different". 2 minutes of research as it turns out can tell you if they are legitimate or not. Sure, I got a bit verbally pissed off (I probably shouldn't have done, my bad), but I don't like being accused of trying to sell fakes of something I've had for two years and have never once showed any sign of being a fake. So after a few minutes of looking up the signs of fakes and not finding a single identifier, and a little bit of more time figuring out how to prove it (precision finding working is the biggest clue, as fakes cannot do that), I took them to Preston instead - they confirmed they were legit and tested them; lo-and-behold, they were real. I think in future i'll just dodge this place and spend the extra time going over to Preston if I deal with CEX in the future. On the plus side, I've learnt a lot about identifying fake Air Pods today, every silver lining and all that.
