Nice staff to deal with Great communication and overall a fantastic place to deal with in renting property
And as of the 1 star rex Woodhouse review i wouldn't take much notice .I'm not a ex employee I work at eccles mot station .and I can confirm his name has popped up maliciously on a few other profiles ..think it's a competor. I'd recommend Your property centre to friends and family and who ever asked 😀

Horrendous service, terrible at replying to anything - takes over a week to get any response. Poor property management (landlady had to find her some of her own tenants). Poor at returning any deposits in a timely manner. Just reading the reviews below some of these have come from their own employees, it’s actually laughable. Do not go through this firm.
Communication needs to be improved with tenants, return on deposit information needs to be more accurate, company could do more helping tenants to relet when they had a change of circumstance and had to leave their contract. Landlady also had to fill some of the rooms and helped me with re-letting advice.

Just to let you know that as the owner has ignored my numerous requests for a phone call, I have today filed a complaint with The Property Ombudsman, which unsurprisingly you don't voluntarily subscribe to, our local MP David Heyes, and submitted a claim through HM Courts & Tribunals Service to retrieve the money we are owed, which has now added the court fee to the amount you owe us. The paperwork will be with you shortly.
A word of warning to everyone, landlords and tenants, when using a letting agent make sure they are a member of either The Property Ombudsman or the Association of Residential Letting Agents otherwise it can be very difficult to get any issues resolved.
The Letting Agency are a member of neither.
