I've actually stopped going in with my children and waited outside to avoid her where possible due to the level of disrespect I feel the staff have towards the customers in accrington. I know I'm not the first person to leave a review like this for this branch so any response saying they are trained to the highest standard is redundant. My husband bought a watch for me and it wasn't compatible with the devices they had told him, when I took it back they made out like I was lying. There has been a lot but generally the lack of manners is what's done it for me. Atrocious place.

The customer service was shockingly poor — the staff were rude, unfriendly, and didn’t seem to care at all about helping. I asked a simple question and was met with attitude instead of assistance. Felt ignored and like I was a nuisance for even being there. Definitely not a place I’ll be returning to, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who actually expects basic respect and helpful service.

- ARAdam ReviewerJan 1, 20261.0Came to Accrington CEX today, person behind the counter proceeded shake the console straight away and to tell me there was a noise coming from my console like a loose nail, there wouldn't have been no noise If he didn't violently shake my console, all consoles have a slight noise inside if you VIOLENTLY shake it, long story short went to the Blackburn CEX booked it in, came back after an hour, and they offered me £30-£40. Guy behind the counter in Accrington was definitely racist or had something against people of colour. Blackburn is my local NEVER have I had a problem there, won't be coming back here ever again.
