  Had a shutter installed today from Cunningham shutter doors. The quality of the product was exceptional and the workmanship was second to none. The installation was flawless. The years of experience shone through from start to finish. Their kindness meant we could keep our doors open and continue welcoming children and families into a safe, warm space.   Honestly never had such good help from a company. Had an issue with my shutter and they came and fixed it so quickly. He was the nicest and most honest person to deal with. Really glad I chose them. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to other shops!

  Absolutely appalling service. Called and asked for someone to come out and look at some problematic shutters. Was told somebody would be there the next day. Next day came, nobody turned up. Called and checked whether somebody was coming or not - was told yes. End of day came, still nobody. Made another call and was told too busy and there was no guarantee somebody would come the next day because we 'weren't one of their customers' and also 'the world might end'. Terrible service. Would not recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional.
