  If you value your time, your sanity, or the structural integrity of your electronics, do not set foot in this CeX. ​The "Four-Day" Five-Minute Job: ​I took my laptop in for a standard trade-in. I was told it needed "testing"—fair enough—but it took them four days to complete a process that most competent shops handle in a few hours. When I finally got a response, they claimed they couldn't even test it because the battery was dead. ​Think about that for a second: a tech exchange shop that is apparently incapable of plugging in a charger. It worked perfectly when I handed it over, and (surprise!) it worked perfectly the second I got it home and applied basic electricity. Their lack of interest in performing the bare minimum of their job description is staggering. ​Incompetence or Sabotage? ​It gets worse. I handed over a laptop that was untampered with and in practically perfect condition. I received back a device that had been stripped, all but two screws missing from the back casing. Whether this was due to sheer negligence during a botched inspection or a complete lack of basic organisational skills, the result is the same: I handed over a solid piece of hardware and got back a device that was literally two screws away from disaster. Because I didn’t take a "before" photo of the underside of my own computer (silly me, expecting a business to not dismantle my property), I’m left with the bill for their incompetence. ​The Verdict: ​The staff here aren't just "relaxed"; they are completely disinterested and functionally incompetent. * Wait times: Absurd. • ​Technical knowledge: Non-existent. • ​Care for customer property: Zero. ​Save yourself the headache. Take your business literally anywhere else. This place is a graveyard for gadgets and a masterclass in how not to run a service desk. Stay well clear!

  Was about to buy a game, buy the police refused and said there was a destroyed building somewhere, Been here before though and the police never refused
