  Is it possible for Anderson's to get in touch with me? I had my back garden completely landscaped in 2020 and was thrilled with the result. A few years later I had a problem with the paving bricks edging the path which had broken away from the main slabs and had sunk into the border. Colin came out and arranged for it to be repaired free of charge. The same thing has happened again this year and despite phoning three times and leaving voicemails no one has got back to me. I have said I will happily pay for the work to be undertaken as some time has now passed since the original landscaping was done but I've had no response from Anderson's. I have contacted other landscapers but they've all told me to contact the company who carried out the work in the first place. I feel a bit let down as this is ruining the garden for me. I hope this post gets some response at least.

  We got our whole garden landscaped after 3 years of waiting due to external factors which Anderson showed great patience with. We got allocated Gordon and his team and they were brilliant from start to finish. Clear, quick and honest communication. Never felt like you were in the dark about what was going on. They completed the garden to a really high standard which exceeded all expectations. Couldn’t recommend them more.

  Gordy and the team did an outstanding job landscaping my back garden. Their hard work and attention to detail really stood out throughout the whole process. Every element was completed with care and precision, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely impressed with their professionalism and the pride they clearly take in their work. Highly recommended.

  We recently had our landscaping designed along with the installation of a brand-new terrace by Anderson Landscapes, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Colin, the owner, was exceptional. He really took the time to understand what we were hoping to achieve and helped bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded expectations. His expertise and thoughtful suggestions around alternative and improved ideas made a huge difference, and we always felt we were in very capable hands. The installation team were equally impressive. Aurelijus and Kyle in particular were fantastic throughout the project. They were professional, respectful of our property, and incredibly reliable—always arriving on time and ensuring everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Their attention to detail and work ethic really stood out. We were quite nervous going into this project, but the team completely put us at ease. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we were kept fully up to date on progress at every stage, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. We are absolutely blown away by the final result—it has completely transformed our space. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anderson Landscapes to anyone looking for high-quality work and a genuinely great customer experience.

  We contacted Anderson Landscaping to replace our old artificial lawn with topsoil, ready for planting with seeds for a more natural wildflower lawn. The old surface was dug out and disposed of, with suitable new soil put in. The team were very polite and helpful and cleaned up the area afterwards. Would definitely contact again in the future if we need further updates to our garden.
