  Good shop with nice staff however the manager is a disgrace to the company. My brother who is autistic is a loyal customer that goes In regularly however one his last occasion he was refused service by the manager due to using my mums card. I understand that it is company policy however the manor it was dealt with is unacceptable. He told my brother that he was breaking the law and that if he didn't get cash out to make the purpose he was going to phone the police. This caused him a great deal of distress and luckily a member of staff from the comic shop across from them was in (meaning there is also a witness) and took him into there shop to cheer him up and gave him some free merch. Absolutely apauling from the manager someone who can deal with situations like this correctly should be put in place to ensure this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

  Stood waiting for about 10 minutes waiting to get served while the staff member didmt acknowledge us at all was to busy just staring at the computer just ignorance off the staff need better customer service

  Really good experience, need more staff to handle the amount of people shopping there
