- SBSufyaan BhamjeeSep 27, 20261.0I took a few items in to trade in. Booked it beforehand, I went and dropped my items off and they said it shouldn't be long as there's only one person before me. Dropped off at 10am, and no phone calls. No nothing all day. The fact that it's not possible to ring a store in 2026 should be a crime. Anyway, went back to get an update at 3pm for them to say my PS5 has been rejected because it doesnt have a warranty sticker, the warranty sticker had never been touched. Ever. I came home and the box was in perfect condition when I dropped it off and it was returned ripped. This infuriates me as they downgraded one of my items because the box was torn. Yet they took no care with my box, the accessories inside were not returned properly either. To make matters worse, I reached out to customer support and they claim to have checked CCTV and there is no evidence of them ripping my box. I asked to see this and they won't share. Convenient.

- JWJon WalshJun 10, 20265.0I want to give a big thanks to the two lads who worked for CEX today on the 10/6/2026 , they were fantastic lads and really, really helped me today. Didn't have food or electricity and we entered into the shop late and was told it might not be till the next morning. Panicking we told him our situation and he said I'll see what I can do. He luckily had a couple that were not coming into the shop till the following morning and pushed our checkout for us. It was superb customer service and we could not of cooked a meal or done anything without money for electricity. I thank CEX and especially the two hard working lads who had a lot on to help us in our predicament.
