  Fantastic service from start to finish from Buxton Water! Our drains blocked up unexpectedly, and the engineer arrived within three hours of our call. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the issue and left everything completely tidy! Highly recommended, would definitely call again!

  It's beyond me how Buxton water is the UK's leading specialists. I've had the fella come out twice to fix my toilet he put in & still I don't know how he's attempted to do that because my toilet isn't sealed to the floor at all. The outage drainage pipe behind toilet isn't even attached securely to the pipe & is leaking water. Twice this man has come out to supposedly fix what should have been done properly in first place. I've had to put up with this over the holiday period. I have contacted my local council over this. I am not happy at all.
