I went in to sell some items and was treated as if I had stolen them, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The worst part was when an employee actually yanked a pen out of my hand while I was saying thank you. I had a few things in my hand and he apparently assumed I was going to walk out with the pen, even though I was obviously going to put it back. There was no need to grab it out of my hand like that. I understand staff need to be cautious, but the way I was treated was completely unnecessary and could have been handled much more respectfully. I won’t be returning to this store.
