I have a problem with my internet connection which I reported a few times now. The staff in store told me my router is really old and it’s compatible anymore when tho a year ago when I signed my contract (again) it was working just fine, the guy even told me that if it ever broke during those 24 month they’d be able to replace it, but i guess no. I went 10 days ago and I was told that I need to change my router, but the new one isn’t compatible with my current plan so I’d have to sign a new one, which makes it 2 contracts for broadband and around 40 pounds per month for that. In the sake of having a proper internet connection, but guess what? The problems continue and apparently the problem once again is not there, not fixed. If there’s no solution I will terminate my new contract, but what about my old one? I need to pay 8 month for something not only I don’t use, but I can’t use. I don’t get the part where I need to be correct about my contract, but the company can not? I can’t wait to finish so I can leave three for good

I got a 2 device internet offer at a monthly price of 28 pounds, and now I see the 80 pound bill is a scam. You're supposed to communicate with me, not me, because I took advantage of not speaking English and complaining about you.
