  Had an internal wall removed at the rear of my house and support and bifold doors installed, ceiling lowered and spotlights installed. The quality of work is excellent. The support for the removed wall and door gap were installed smoothly, despite complications in the original building. The gap for the doors was constructed with utmost precision. The bifold door technicians were impressed with the finish. Workers arrived on time and let themselves in to the house if I was at work. Left everything secure and tidy. The plastering is smooth and the dropped ceiling and electrical installations (which were suggested by Norman himself) are great and make all the difference. I will not be hesitating to ask BuildCare Construction to undertake the future work I have planned.

  Norman and his team have done several jobs for us. We keep asking them back in view of the great, reliable and friendly service they have provided each time. They have repaired our garage, re-roofed our house and re-sealed our chimney stack. They communicate with us well, turn up as promised and have tried their best to provide us with a good service. We would not hesitate to ask them to do further work for us. The workmen are pleasant and provided a covid-safe service. Grateful for their help and workmanship.

  Very poor service. Their rep bragged about being involved in damp prevention for 30 years and knowing everything there is to know. He didn't. The unit didn't cure the condensation and stopped working after about 18 months. Phoned several times and was promised a call back on every occasion to arrange visits to fix the equipment. Never got a call back. Just plain bad manners. Now have a useless unit taking up space in the loft.
