  I originally contacted John as I was stressed and feeling down at the amount of time it was taking for a different mortgage lender to approve my mortgage. I received fast replies, felt at ease during my appointment and had a new mortgage approval within the initial 1 hour meeting. Within 12 hours I received my new mortgage offer and I moved house 2 weeks later. I couldn’t fault the service we received and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. 5⭐️

  I cannot praise John enough for his knowledge and professionalism. He really knows his market and always seeks out the best, most suitable deal for me. On this occasion John and Laura went above and beyond to sort things out when the appointed solicitor was not responding to my attempts to contact them. Thanks to them and their input the outcome was resolved in a few day’s time.
