- DSDarren SingletonAug 7, 20262.0What an absolute waste of time. Took in some Nikon gear I no longer use. I had a feeling it wasn't going to go well when I caught him putting one lens back in it's case without the rear cap on after miss identifying it as a 150mm, it was a 180. They wouldn't buy the body, a Nikon D5, because it had a sticky dial, and it didn't have a body cap. A sticky dial or a locked dial? They had no idea about that the dial has a lock switch to stop it moving unintentionally! They still wouldn't buy it because it didn't have a body cap on. I'd fitted a 50mm lens as I couldn't find the body cap. I wasn't asking anything for the lens. So they knocked it back because it had a free lens fitted. Go figure. They might use low tack stickers but they still leave residue. Complete waste of time, bunch of amateurs at Oldham cex. Had plenty of other good experiences at other cex shops, hence the 2 stars.

- DDDannyJun 20, 20261.0The staff aren’t that helpful in all honesty they said they can’t buy back dvds despite me buying one from them yesterday said not many places do that so I go to Ashton and they do it no problem so I’m not sure what there talking about seems a bit lazy By buyback I mean trading DVDs for vouchers as said on the CEX website and as the shop in Ashton did for me this response doesn’t make much sense think they misunderstood what I meant by buyback
