Shocking. Went in to sell an iPad I just had replaced yesterday through my Apple care so the iPad was brand new not a mark on it. They tried to state it was a b grade because there was no charger which was understandable and I said I was going to buy one and bring it back in but well the women was handling it for a good couple of mins tryna find anything they could just justify a b grade she come across a tiny smudge on the bottom of the iPad and said it was a scratch I had a look and then wiped it with my finger and it was gone. Absolute jokers they know what there doing tryna do people over and the guy that worked there to was rude 100% don’t go to that one go to the Oldham one well better Cex who knows what there doing

I went there to sell my immaculate Apple Watch S11. This device was never used or worn so it was perfectly mint. In their website, it was quoted for £196 without a strap and I was going to sell it with a pristine strap but they offered me £131 because they evaluated a grade A device as grade B. They told me this is because devices cannot get a Grade A without a box, while their store in Arndale throw away all the boxes I brought since they said they don’t want the original boxes since they use their own!!! What a bunch of scammers trying to rob customers! I traded it to Google for £265, which is double the amount they offered. Well done on them for losing both a brand-new device and a customer.
