She told me I wasn’t allowed to hold or even look at the item until I’d paid the remaining £8.60 balance, which honestly made me feel like she thought I was a thief. Seriously, the watch on my wrist is worth around £12,000—I’m not going to risk getting a criminal record over £8.60. 🤣 Very poor customer service. 2 stars. Staff ID: 64009
