  Absolutely fantastic service provided by Sam at SB drainage NW ltd. Great communication before arriving. We had been having trouble with the sinks, toilets and shower for a few days so after reading the reviews of SB drainage I decided to ring Sam who arranged to come over on an agreed day. After using his specialist equipment it became obvious that the blockage was inside the manhole cover, which unfortunately was buried by fitted laminate flooring and lino. Without any issues Sam managed to access the manhole by carefully lifting the lino and cutting laminate which allowed full access to the blockage. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam and Lee his assistant. Eventually the stubborn blockage was cleared which was such a relief. The lads cleaned everywhere up afterwards hosing away any mess. We were really happy with the price for the job carried. I would highly recommend Sam and would use his company again without hesitation. Thanks again fellas!

  Having bought an older property we knew we had some historic issues to tackle. SB drainage came out and not only cleared some blockages but gave me clarity over the layout and priorities and talked me through all the camera footage. I was then given written estimates very quickly with a plan for consideration based on priorities, superb knowledge, friendly and helpful and will be using again and already recommended to my friends.

  Sam came to inspect crack in gully ., causing damp in front bedroom . . Also inspected our drains to ascertain problem with subsidence . Thorough inspection done with camera and dye , detailed report sent to insurance Again excellent service . We would highly recommend SB Drainage

  Sam and his colleague did a superb job on the installation of a new Inspection chamber, removal of concrete which had settled in the drain from a previous job and was causing a serious blockage plus the installation of new bottle gully & pipework. They were meticulous in their work and clearing up after the work. The re-instatement of the block paving is exceptional. Great communicator, work was completed quicker than originally quoted and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Sam and his team at SB Drainage.
