  I have now had my oven and microwave repaired by Nathan and received such excellent service. I was very quickly booked in, the issue was diagnosed, the parts were then ordered which were fairly priced and they arrived very quickly. I was re-booked in to fit them and my appliances were up and running again within the space of a week from initial diagnosis. Nathan was reliable in terms of timekeeping, extremely knowledgeable of the appliances, he provided advice to prolong the life of the new parts he fitted and he was also respectful of my home and left it clean and tidy as he found it. Thank you very much again and I won’t hesitate to contact you again if another appliance stops working in the future.

  I’ve used Tony previously, when he carried out a full service on my gas tumble dryer, so when the dryer recently stopped working, I had no hesitation in contacting him again. Tony managed to fit me in within 24 hours and arrived exactly when scheduled. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within five minutes! He only charged me the call-out fee and didn’t charge any labour, and he also took the time to show me what to do should the fault occur again. Communication was quick and straightforward, the appointment was prompt and on time, and Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laundry Fix to anyone needing repairs or servicing. Excellent service from start to finish.

  I would highly recommend this company. I have been dealing with Tony who's customer service is excellent. Turns up when he says he will, willing to go the extra mile. The repairs are cheaper than the main manufactures and more efficient as parts are on the van.

  So Google is a funny thing… I want to leave a 5 star review (10 if I could) and it wants me to talk about price…. In tick boxes! I can’t recommend Laundry Fix enough and so much so price doesn’t come into it for me ~ I never ask up front and I’m never anything other than happy! And when the invoice lands no issues at all! We own a busy laundry service and loosing one machine has a massive impact on trade - laundry fix has always answered our calls ~ assisted over the phone with little things if he can ~ if not been prompt and always leaves with the job fixed or a plan too repair for a great price! We have a daft phrase in our business ~ finding 🦄 ~ laundry fix is a unicorn to us and would always pass on his details and recommend to my colleagues/ thank you for looking after us and getting us back up and trading at max!

  We are Eccleston dry cleaners, we have washers and dryers, that are used every hour of every day, Tony is the guy we use all the time, we send him a message, tell him what's wrong and he Always fixes our problems. He gives us a day and time, he never differs from that, so we all know where we are. 5 star engineer without a doubt.
