Great experience from start to finish, slight hiccup with the booking date but the lady on the phone sorted straight away, the guy who came to measure and show samples was not pushy at all, he was great and the price was very reasonable. The fitters were friendly and professional, will definitely be using this company for future flooring needs,

We visited Diamond to discuss LVT flooring last Saturday. We had a home visit the same day to match samples to our walls and existing floors. We were given a competitive price, a very good fitting schedule (we had a tight timeframe). All the work was complete within 6 days! We needed an extra box of tiles and they moved pretty fast getting the extra box and fitted the next day. Wonderful service and it looks great, need to paint next to match the new floor. Read the recommendations, they speak volumes!

Had my carpets done two rooms and stairs/landing ! Absolutely fantastic price I would 100% recommend and use again, the lady in the shop was very helpful and patient with me looking as there was so much to choose from, I was very lucky to get NHS discount not many places do that , the fitters were brilliant and worked hard to make sure it was fitted properly! Thank you so much ! You won’t be beaten on price and I mean that!
