Really poor customer service, been to store 3 times in the past week as well as numerous calls to customer services.
All we needed was a replacement sim for an upgraded phone.
I am disabled so getting to and from the store is hard enough, and the customer service via phone phone is the worst I've seen.

I recently bought a new phone but it requires a different size simcard from my old one. I went in and one of the staff (Greta) was incredibly helpful and sorted it all out in 2 minutes. It didn't cost me a penny! Great service.
