  We wanted a surveyor who could give us a candid assessment of our house and help us prioritise the work that needed doing. Jason was responsive to our request from the outset. During the survey, he was friendly, approachable, and always happy to explain things in a way we could understand, taking the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed.
