Jason has been professional, competent, prompt and efficient. His report is thorough. The reasonings and arguments therein are solid based on his high-level of expertise in the field. He has done what I’ve asked of him without any grief so I could focus on other tasks in a complex civil proceedings. I would definitely recommend Cubed Property.

We wanted a surveyor who could give us a candid assessment of our house and help us prioritise the work that needed doing. Jason was responsive to our request from the outset. During the survey, he was friendly, approachable, and always happy to explain things in a way we could understand, taking the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. He was incredibly knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone looking for practical, honest advice about their property.

We used Jason as first time buyers and would definitely recommend! From the quote stage all the way through to the report, he was incredibly helpful in explaining the survey process clearly and talking us through our options. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt, and kept in good contact throughout the whole process. We would definitely use his services again. Thank you!

Excellent service throughout. The survey was booked in promptly, communication from Jason was great. The survey itself was carried out professionally and thoroughly, and the report provided was detailed, informative, and easy to understand. It gave me a clear picture of the property’s condition and highlighted important issues in a way that was both comprehensive and practical. Professional from start to finish and highly recommended.
