I took time out and travelled to this shop on a Saturday, I wanted to gift a dear friend. The websites says closed at 1pm and it’s 12:15 but is closed. Very disappointed. Will not recommend or ever use the services

Ordered a balloon display. We chatted about what design I wanted and also balloons for the tables. They came in on the day of the event and set it all up perfectly. Suberb service and I would highly recommend them as a trusted service to use.

I contacted this lady with 1 hours notice and wanted a delivery, surprisingly she didn't hang up on me, in fact she not only offered to do the delivery but also offered to work after closing time to make that delivery. So please please if you are going to buy flowers buy from here, a business that offers that level of customer service deserves to thrive and stay a part of the community. It was only £4 extra for delivery, others places wanted £29 for next day delivery. I cannot recommend them enough and when my partner left work carrying the flowers she was approached by a group of women who commented on how beautiful they were and how lucky she was which obviously went down extremely well for me. Thanks again I have my go to flower shop for life now you will be hearing off me again soon
