But the arrogance and level of unprofessional behaviour shown by one staff member was unbelievable. He didn't say Hello or Hi but the second he saw me in the door with my bike he SHOUTED over the whole shop ¨Hey, you can't bring bike in the shop" while there was no sign anywhere to be seen stating that bikes are not allowed in the shop. What is even better is that there is no place even outside where you can lock your bike. Simply last time I went there. Never again
- JJJimiSep 18, 20265.0I've been coming to this store for many years Now & The lads have always been Very Polite, Friendly & Understanding even when I've been going through difficult times myself as i lost a dear relative in 2025 They have always been very patient with me as sometimes I can't always get my words out properly as I'm still trying to recover from a stroke They don't mind even having a bit of a laugh & A bit of banter. They are always very professional & Have a great amount of knowledge about the items they sell To those that are reading this review don't listen to the negative reviews as they have been put on here by people who have probably been rude to the staff & Probably tried to flog bent gear
