  Bought a spare remote car key for my car as I only had one when I purchased my car. Took it back hardly used told it was out of warranty apparently 2 years ago and it’s already knackered. My original remote is 10 years old and still working fine. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a remote car fob from this company 2 years old and already faulty. Over £100 wasted. They said they could order another one but I’d have to pay for it. Somehow I don’t think so once bitten twice shy. Only gave 1 star as unable to give no stars. Apparently they only use quality circuit boards can’t be that good quality useless after 2 years. Can’t be as good as my original circuit board still working after 10 years.

  Absolutely fantastic service from the locksmith. I called them when my door jammed, and they arrived quickly, handled the issue professionally, and had the door open in about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was only charged the call-out fee of £63, which I found very fair. I’m very happy with the whole experience. Just a quick note for others: there’s a fake company using a similar name, so make sure you’re speaking directly with the genuine team.
