  I cannot thank Napier enough for the care, compassion, and support they have shown my father and our family. They truly go above and beyond in every sense of the word. One example that perfectly demonstrates their dedication was when my father went missing. The office staff didn't hesitate to help—they went out searching for him, located him, and personally brought him home safe and sound. Their kindness and commitment during such a worrying time meant more to us than words can express. I would highly recommend Napier to anyone looking for a care provider. The team consistently provides exceptional care, and their support has been invaluable. A special thank you to Lisa, Michelle, Jane, and Simon for their care, dedication, and compassion in supporting my father, especially during the last few days. We will always be grateful for everything you have done. R.S

  Great care company who are on top of the job. All the carers have been great looking after my elderly parents. Office staff are great and sort all things out including meds with doctors, special mention to holly in the office who is at the moment sorting a medication issue out Thank you Napier

  I would like to pass on some very positive feedback regarding McKenzie, who attended my morning and lunch calls today. From the moment she arrived this morning, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was not feeling very well and did not want any personal care at that time, and she completely respected my wishes without making me feel pressured in any way. At my lunch call, McKenzie kindly stayed a little beyond her allocated time so that I was able to have a wash, which I really appreciated. Throughout both visits, she was caring, professional, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable with the support she provided. What particularly stood out was that she noticed and completed a few tasks that I had not even mentioned, showing great initiative and attention to detail. I am very happy with the care McKenzie provided today and wanted to make sure her excellent work was recognised. She made a real difference to my day, and I am very grateful for her support.

  What a wonderful company! Although all the carers have been fantastic, a particular mention goes to the super-team of Laura and Chloe. They work so smoothly as a team and have an excellent way with Dad, ensuring he's informed of everything, especially with him being blind. The bed making skills exceed expectations which, as the bed is downstairs, in the living room, makes everywhere look tidy. Everyone takes great care with maneuvering him and explaining to him exactly whats happening, what he's wearing, whats in front of him etc The office staff are also great and easy to deal with. Very happy with timings and consistency of staff. Overall- excellent Keep up the excellent work and thank you.

  I am so pleased with the care I receive and the frequency is suitable also. The Carers are friendly, responsive and will help as much as possible within their time frame. Without the care from Napier I would be in a very different position. Napier has the kindest team around and adapt to my needs.
