Very poor customer service at this store. Made to feel like I am a big inconvenience to the staff. I took a bluray player that I had purchased from them back to store as it was playing up. They tested it for over an hour and said they couldnt find any faults. So I took it back home but the fault still continued. When I decided to sell it back to CEX shortly after, I returned to Blackpool and they said they couldnt buy it from me as it had no serial number sticker. I can't prove it, but I am sure they removed the sticker when they tested it. Member of staff looked so smug when he said the sticker had been removed. But, as I couldnt prove who removed it, I had to take it home again. I don't shop often at this store but will avoid from now on. If you take anything back to them, take pictures for your records to compare if you get it back. Be aware, don't trust the staff.

I have been a member of cex for 22 years and I visited this store and was spoken to like I was piece of dirt by some young kid. I was polite but he wasn't with his sarcastic tone. They taught me a lesson to never shop with them again. I'll just get my stuff from ebay from now on.

Do not sell to this CEX! I went in with a console and the manager completely ripped me off, he gave me pittance for it and gave me a discounted price when it was excellent condition and was also boxed but he said that didnt matter. Which it does. I had my baby with me too and was desperate for some money so i had no choice but to take what little he gave me. It was only when i got home and informed my partner and did a bit of research and realised we had been fleeced. I take responsibility for taking the offer, but to go out of your way to rip a lady with a baby off so you can get your bonus's is a disgrace! AVOID THIS STORE ! GO TO A DIFFERENT CEX!

RIP OFFS If I could id give no stars. Sold me a surface that broke, wouldnt power up. Next day took it back. 3 hrs later they called to say nothing wrong with it despite assistant who took it off me agreeing it was broke. Gave me a credit note, not my money back. RIP OFF!!!!
