  I have been a member of cex for 22 years and I visited this store and was spoken to like I was piece of dirt by some young kid. I was polite but he wasn't with his sarcastic tone. They taught me a lesson to never shop with them again. I'll just get my stuff from ebay from now on.

  Do not sell to this CEX! I went in with a console and the manager completely ripped me off, he gave me pittance for it and gave me a discounted price when it was excellent condition and was also boxed but he said that didnt matter. Which it does. I had my baby with me too and was desperate for some money so i had no choice but to take what little he gave me. It was only when i got home and informed my partner and did a bit of research and realised we had been fleeced. I take responsibility for taking the offer, but to go out of your way to rip a lady with a baby off so you can get your bonus's is a disgrace! AVOID THIS STORE ! GO TO A DIFFERENT CEX!

  RIP OFFS If I could id give no stars. Sold me a surface that broke, wouldnt power up. Next day took it back. 3 hrs later they called to say nothing wrong with it despite assistant who took it off me agreeing it was broke. Gave me a credit note, not my money back. RIP OFF!!!!

  There was a great selection of games and products available, and I was pleased with the range on offer. Unfortunately, my experience at the checkout was extremely disappointing. When it came time to pay by card, I was unable to hold the card machine myself to enter my PIN securely. Instead, I had to awkwardly stretch across the counter while trying to shield my PIN from view. When I asked if I could hold the card machine to enter my PIN safely, I was told that I was not allowed to and that the staff member had to hold it instead. This raises serious concerns about customer security and privacy. Customers should be able to enter their PIN in a secure and comfortable manner without worrying that others may be able to see it. I found this practice completely unacceptable and contrary to basic payment security standards. While the store offers an excellent range of products, this experience has left me unwilling to shop there again.
