  Been here a couple of times now, my usual store is Accrington however I’ve moved to Blackburn and this is now my closest store. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, the staff are quite rude with no customer service skills. Tried selling a cpu to them a couple of days ago, the guy bent the bins when touching it and went on to say he couldn’t buy it off me because the pins were bent. If you live in Blackburn I would recommend for you to go the extra distance to the Accrington store, the staff there are lovely.

  The prices on their CEX app is inaccurate. I come in expecting "£8 credit" but no, they give me £2 credit. Like come on, fix your prices on your app. Or make it that it updates live. 😐

  Absolutely horrendous experience. Got there, online it states you need valid id. Told I didn't need it. Then they asked for reciept of the phone which wasn't asked for or specified online so I didn't have it. I then showed my contract and they disagreed that it wasn't on finance. They then told me to go to 02 and get a receipt. No where online does it suggest this is a thing. They are supposed to check on the data bass for finance but didn't. Had to leave after paying for an Uber there. Will never ever go here again. Staff the most unhelpful I have encountered.

  Absolutely shocking customer service. I was sold an empty case and went back at a cost to me and was treated like id made the mistake. No offer to reimburse my costs, no manners and terrible customer service. No concern for my upset young child either. Avoid the pony tail guy for sure
