I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero. I have been a customer of Tesco mobile for absolutely years and this is t he biggest let down ever.
Not happy with Tesco mobile. I went in to get the 17 pro max and there was an issue with scanning the phone. So I left it for a week and went back and still the same problem so couldn’t get the phone I actually originally wanted then I tried to get a deal on the iPhone 17 and an iPad but got told couldn’t have that deal. So had to settle for just the 17 only. I’m really not happy as I couldn’t get what I wanted. So I use the 17 but can’t seem to get a decent signal. So my overall experience was less than poor. I have been a Tesco mobile customer for near 10 years and this is the biggest let down to date.
So now I am waiting until all my contracts with Tesco mobile to run out (I have 3) then I will more than likely change network providers. Simply because I have had issues and reported them just to get fobbed off by customer services, I am still waiting for a call back regarding the issue after 3 or 4 weeks.

Went in to buy a mobile and a couple was just being served which is all fine . But before we got the opportunity to be served another man came in having a moan about a phone he just bought and suddenly it was like we just became invisible. Sales assistant should have been in control of the situation ....after standing there another 20 minutes we just walked out....never going back again! They have lost out on two mobiles being bought today ! Incompetent staff needs re-training!
