  Rebecca Boothroyd & her colleague provided an excellent & compassionate service - every aspect had been extremely well thought through to ensure grieving viewers could feel part of the occasion & to minimise embarrassment to those present. We were impressed by Rebecca's kindness to the viewers when she set up & explained the technology well in advance of the funeral day so as to maximise their ability to relax & enjoy viewing the live service. Also the filming was very sensitively done - showing enough for the viewers to feel part of the occasion without being intrusive to those present. The provision of a full recording afterwards, in case of internet failure on the day, was another example of her thoughtfulness and compassion. A huge thank you to Rebecca and her colleague.

  Rebecca is warm and empathetic. She led a memorial event for my late husband. From the information we gave her she built up an accurate picture of him, recognised and celebrated by all who listened to her words (and ours). She added her own material in a way which enhanced and enriched what she was given and sent drafts for our approval regularly. She listened to us and reacted to what we said, and did so efficiently and calmly within a very tight timescale. There were some aspects of the memorial which we dealt with ourselves because of time constraints, but she would willingly have helped with anything we had asked her to. We recommend her without hesitation.

  I would highly recommend Rebecca such an amazing woman who gave dad the best send off ever with pure heart, kind and understanding person.. if I could give U more than 5 star rating I would ❤️❤️❤️

  I was so proud of how you treated my father he was treated with the most up right respect he chose you to do his funeral and I'm so glad he did thank you again for everything
