I've tried reaching out countless times, but there's been zero response. This company's communication is just terrible. They used to be good but that was a good few years ago. Always go above and beyond for me. Iv had 3 trailers serviced - 2 of them have been real tough asks but they’ve always done me solid and looked after me. Picked up on things that I wouldn’t and always gave me all the options etc. Iv also had a tow bar fitted on my Touareg and it’s spot on. Very fairly priced, experts at their craft and extremely good people to know! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Adam

Customer service is spot on. The guys did have a few issues with the complicated wiring of my new model 3008 but very quickly and efficiently sorted it out. Great service. Highly recommended.
