  The one point is more for the customer service of this company than the store itself. Can you imagine buying an ipad air from cash converters a year ago then trading it in at CEX two week ago and then to be told buy the staff that your in hot water because not known to you that the ipad "should not have been sold" but told this after the transaction was completed for credit. Seven emails later CEX still ask for the IMEI number even though the ipad IS WIFI ONLY!! (A3266) That they can find out buy reading the receipt from the CEX store. Why reply to emails if the person refuses to read them properly? Also customer loyalty is completely lost on this company, go through my years of bringing A/B graded tech and items to the store for many years with no issue what so ever. Be very careful when buying or selling from CEX and Cash converters.

  I wasn't going to leave a review but I just read some reviews and people are a bit harsh. I went in yesterday for a CPU I saw in the app. I went in, asked for it. The man found it and sold it to me. I had questions about the purchase, he answered them. Perfect. 5 stars. The shop is clean. The floors are clean, the displays are well put together. The staff are nice enough and must have the patience of god's to deal with "gamers" all day. I buy from cex more than any other shop or website or what ever. I have a very high level of trust for the hardware they sell. They have never sold me a dud. Last point. Why did you close the upstairs?

  I popped in today to take a look and see what was in stock on Xbox as I've just bought one online. The prices were fair and the customer service was fantastic. A much improved experience to my previous visit! 👏👏👏 Would be a 5-star rating but the queuing time was longer than most, but if that's due to thorough disc checking and Customer Service, then it's a slight nit-pick on my behalf.
