  25 Of september , at 13:43 to 13:28 . My recent experience at the Three branch in Dewsbury was disappointing, and I believe it deserves the attention of Three management in Kirklees. I have been a Three customer for approximately 10 years, so I expected a much higher level of respect and customer service. While I was in the branch, I felt that I was treated inappropriately by an employee named Kent. When I asked to speak to the manager, Kent spoke to the manager away from me. The manager, whose name is James, then came directly to me and told me that I had to leave the shop or he would call the police, without asking me what had happened or giving me an opportunity to explain my position. This approach was shocking to me, especially as I was not looking for trouble. I was in the shop to enquire about changing a SIM card and the weakness of the Three network, and I was fully prepared to cooperate. In the end, I left the shop, not because I was in the wrong or looking for trouble, but because I had more important matters to attend to, and it was unfortunate that a simple matter turned into this experience. After 10 years as a customer, I feel extremely disappointed that my loyalty to the company was not taken into consideration in this situation. I hope that Three management will seriously review what happened, listen to all parties, and ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism, even when there is a misunderstanding or a difference of opinion. This is not the way I expected to be treated after so many years as a Three customer.

  Went in today Imran was so helpful Thankyou. Reduced my bill to what I was originally paying.

  Worst customer service ever!! Specially the lady instore. My husband bought a Samsung phone contract & was not explained that its unreturnable, went after an hour to return it jst to find out that we can't n when i asked the lady why wasn't my husband explained about the return policy she said "We don't have to" Excuse me, is that how u speak to your customers? What do u mean we don't have to! Even the guy in shop was rude saying to my husband that u should have asked. I mean this is your job to explain to customers about policy what if we changed our mind. No respect was shown. very unprofessional, rude and lack of customer service. We went in September. Very Disappointed I've got 4 contracts with three I expect Three to check regular with customers about they experiences and keep high standard of customer service.
