⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve now bought three ottoman beds from SoSoftBeds, and the service and quality have been amazing every time. I love that you can customise each bed to your choice of size, depth, colour and fabric. The team are really helpful, and delivery has been great too. I had a slight issue with one of the beds, and they replaced it with no hassle at all. Really impressed with how they look after their customers — would highly recommend! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have now received my bed, and as expected from other reviews, I am delighted with it. Couriers kept me informed of when they would arrive, and were extremely careful putting the bed in place. I put it together myself, which was pretty straightforward, but you need to have the mattress on top before you have sufficient weight to close the lid. Would have been five stars but for the lack of communication from the company about likely delivery date, and that I had to chase them for the payment link so I could pay the balance in time for delivery. That said, they did answer the phone on a bank holiday when delivery was taking place the next day. Would certainly buy from them again.

Brilliant company. Had difficulty fitting up my stairs and these guys had the most amazing customer service and custom made my bed to fit. So impressed with the fast delivery and overall positive experience so I am now purchasing my second bed from them. Very trustworthy - highly recommend
