  AVOID AT ALL COSTS- Shocking service, sold me a controller as ‘wireless’ got home realised it wasn’t and they refuse to take it back because I ‘don’t have the original cable’ - women on the counter didn’t know her knee from her elbow never mind anything regarding tech. Good luck if you visit here (bring nose plugs)

  Not rlly happy with the fact they didn’t take my DVDs because apparently they scanned up to a £1? If it was anything under a pound they’d take it he said. But on the website I checked beforehand they were going for 10p? And the ps5 controller i have that has a stick drift he said he wouldn’t take it in.. baffled honestly. Went back home with 100+ DVDs. And the controller wasn’t happy. It didn’t make sense to me and he didn’t explain to me too.

  Went in to sell an item was told they are too busy and would be 3.5hrs. Basically as the conversation went on it was plain they couldn’t be ar****. Not the first time the service has been shocking in there

  What happened to the CEX most people used to love. Trade in prices absolutely insulting now, miserable and condescending staff. Such a shame.

  Poor service my neice has been in today looking for mine craft game no help offered just barked go look on the shelf they could have looked on th computer to see if they had it very lazy rude staff just no need woulnt have took them a moment this was her first time she was looking forward to going buying the game shes saved for sort it out
