  I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had from a repairer . From start to finish they were very professional and stuck perfectly to all the timings. Nothing was too much trouble from the whole team expertly led by Suj. The repairs were excellent too ! Thanks for a great repair!

  I cannot recommend Master Cars highly enough. I’ve used them three times over the last six years for repair work, and on every occasion the experience has been outstanding. From the very first point of contact through to collecting my car, the service has been first class. Communication has always been excellent, and I genuinely felt like a valued customer rather than just another name in a computer system, which is sadly all too common these days. The quality of the repairs has been flawless every time, with incredible attention to detail. They even made sure my electric vehicle was fully charged before I collected it, which was a thoughtful touch and really demonstrates the level of customer care they provide. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely takes pride in both its workmanship and customer service. I have already recommended Master Cars to friends and family, and I will continue to do so without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at Master Cars for consistently delivering such an exceptional service.

  Five stars aren’t enough to recommend Master Cars Birstall. They are the nicest people I have ever come across in a company. The service they provide is second to none as is the end result of my car repairs.
