  Been here a few times, the staff in prospect centre are just rude. Also I went to buy kingdom hearts 2 for the ps2 today, it had some heat cracks on the inside of the disc. It is a 20 year old game and wouldn’t have any issue working, I practically begged for them to sell me it but they just threw it in the bin. Looked at spyro 1 for the ps1, it had the deepest scratch I have ever seen on a disc, even the disc machine couldn’t remove it and they were willing to still sell me it for £18. No thank you. I’ll just stick to whitefriargate the staff are by far way nicer bunch.

  Went in yesterday with a problem with my phone being a pensioner not very upto date with it all but was dealt with by a very nice and courteous young man really couldn't have being patient and helpful nice new phone I can understand thankyou

  Smooth transaction with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I got a good price for the kit I was exchanging, not as good as privately but far less hassle, and I was able to upgrade my pc kit at a very good rate. It's best to confirm you can exchange / sell before going in. The only complaint I can possibly level is the mad Hull road system right now, but I did get to the right car park eventually.

  The worst place I've ever dealt with. The staff were rude. I won't repeat the experience and I don't recommend it.
