  Fantastic service from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to give us great advice without making us feel pressured. They really knew their products and helped us choose the right pram for our needs. It was a pleasure dealing with them, and the level of customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone pram or baby

  Excellent customer service. Staff were happy to help but didn’t pester you, just left you to browse at your own pace and were there on hand for any questions. Collection was super speedy, everything was ready for us and we were helped to the car with trolleys and even helped getting things into the car. Pram is excellent.

  Fabulous service from the ladies at Pramland this morning. They even came out to the car to fit the isofix base and show me how to use the 360 function. Highly recommend 😃

  We bought our first pram bundle from Pramland in 2024, today we returned to purchase our little boy a new pushchair! We went for the iCandy Pip, it was Price Matched to the lowest available online. Customer service at Pramland is absolutely brilliant, very relaxed and no pressure or expectations to purchase. Staff are very helpful and will support you to make the right purchase for your needs. 100% recommendation from us! Thank You again 🌟
