I went to All Spares today because I thought I needed a replacement wing mirror. Rich came over to have a look and, instead of selling me a part I didn't actually need, he took the time to inspect it properly. He managed to clip the mirror back into place and had it fixed within minutes. I was really impressed by his honesty and helpfulness. He could easily have sold me a new mirror, but instead he saved me money and got the existing one working again. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a genuinely trustworthy business. Thank you, Rich I really appreciate your help and would definitely recommend All Spares to others

Wasted my time to look for a part they said they have but they haven't. All of them looked faulty anyway. The person on the phone sounded quite arrogant. Will spare all journeys to them from now on...
