  I had 2 bad experiences. First was selling my laptop...staff mentioned that they can't take it because the web cam doesn't work. As soon as i opened the laptop after i received it, it worked without any issues. I showed it to them, and they finally accepted it. So, they didn't test it well in the first place. Second, i was looking to get rid of my Samsung Buds 3, which i got for free with my phone. I'd barely used it. They mentioned that the right ear bud doesn't work. I came back the other day, tested it and it worked without the slightest issue. After mentioning this to the staff, they said they'll retest it and asked me to come back in 15 mins. This time, they mentioned that the buds do not hold/retain the battery?? This is a new device...and besides, i'm here with the ear buds connected to my phone and listening to music. The battery percentage is still holding as you'd expect.

  Great store. I have been to other cex stores and this one is by far the best. Staff are always helpful and patient. I see some of the customers that have to deal with and sometimes people are just plain rude. Not an easy job for the staff. People often complain when tech doesn't get accepted rather than just excepting it's faulty. Sams customer service is amazing. Will continue to use this store and buy my retro gaming bits.

  Good quality second hand CD,DVD, computer games,phones and technology equipment with some knowledgeable staff

  Had to return phone the replacement cost another £10 followed by the return of the second phone the replacement this time cost me another £20. In all three visits SO FAR!!
