  If you judge a company by how it responds to a problem i think you will be hard pressed to find better customer support. I arrived at 9am with a very sick Laptop, This was a major problem for me due to an important and very time sensitive Legal requirement I had to fulfill. The Laptop issue required a new mother board which was completed in record time including help with some new set up decisions. In total, just over an hour and I was happily on my way. Thanks to all who helped but particularly James who was outstanding.

  Fantastic Customer Service from Tim. Very responsive and devices are in fantastic condition. have ordered plenty and will continue to do so.

  Bought 3 refurbished laptops from RD-UK a couple of months ago for our business. Firstly, I should say that they look pristine - you would never know they weren't brand new! The price was incredible value and the service excellent. Can't recommend Tim and his team highly enough.
