  Extremely poor service from walking into the store.. Mark the store manager was very unhelpful and rude. Thats after making me wait 30 mins to be seen and promised a replacement to be then told no

  An iPhone store to go to without having to wait long time. An advisor came to see us within 3-5min, friendly, knowledgeable easy to take to. Highly recommend 👌 👍

  Awful service always send customers away wipe data with out asking don’t want to help Apple related issues and send customers to phone providers who can’t help due to it being a Apple issue, staff not helpful and don’t acknowledge you and when you ask for help they just look at you.

  Not recommend the shop at all! Done two appointments for battery replacements on two phones, got to the shop and after both phones had been checked by a member a stuff been told that they don't have any batteries in stock. So wasted time and money!

  Not impressed - I turned up for my pre booked appointment 10 mins early and was subsequently told to return at my allotted time, but if I was more than 9 minutes late they would cancel my appointment. I returned, on time, to then be told they were running 10 mins late ! And I finally left after waiting over 25 minutes. The person who originally checked me in apologised but said they were running late but just couldn’t give any time for my booked appt. Will try another store but recommend giving Bluewater store a wide berth
